Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sailife Ever Limited’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”) products, services, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in manufacturing and supplying:

  • Antiseptics, disinfectants, detergents, and related hygiene products.

  • Custom solutions for institutional, industrial, and domestic use.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders: Must be confirmed in writing (email, purchase order).

  • Pricing: Listed in KES (Kenyan Shillings) unless otherwise stated. Taxes (e.g., VAT) are additional.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Retail Customers: Full payment upfront unless credit terms are agreed.

    • B2B Clients: Payment within 7 days of invoice (late fees may apply).

  • Methods: Bank transfer, M-Pesa, or other approved options.

4. Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery: Lead times vary based on stock availability. Risk transfers to buyer upon dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs: Borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Returns:

    • Defective Products: Notify us within 7 days for replacement/refund.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or perishable goods (e.g., chemicals).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All product names, logos, and catalog content are owned by Sailife Ever Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • No license is granted to reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products are designed for intended uses as described. We are not liable for:

    • Misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Liability is capped at the product’s purchase price.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Product Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects only (excludes wear/tear).

  • No Medical Claims: Our disinfectants/antiseptics are not certified as medical treatments.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Breach of these ToS.

  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governed by Kenyan law. Disputes resolved in courts.

  • Mediation is encouraged before litigation.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, strikes).

11. Amendments

We may update these ToS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
